At Thats So Fetch US, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or perfume marks.

Select whether you would like a store credit to shop for something new or a direct size exchange for the same style.
Pack and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Wait for Processing
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
